Yūsha (or Brave, also known as the Brave series) is a franchise that Takara created after the Generation One storyline ran its course in Japan.
Relationship to Transformers
- Some Brave toys were repaints or retools of G1 toys; mostly from the end of the G1 line such as Deathsaurus, Dai Atlas, Sonic Bomber, Grandus and Sky Garry.
- The Cybertron cartoon featured many homages to the Brave series King Of Braves GaoGaiGar, most noteably the way Optimus Prime combines with Leobreaker and Wing Saber, which copy the way GaoGaiGar combined with Goldion and StealthGao.
