"I am that jerk!"

Townsend Coleman (born May 28, 1954) is an American voice actor. Coleman has done voices for many, many cartoons: though he is arguably best known for his role as the title character in The Tick animated series (coincidentally also voice directed by Susan Blu), he has also done Inspector Gadget (playing Corporal Capeman), the animated version of Fraggle Rock (playing Gobo Fraggle), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (playing Michaelangelo—among many other characters—in the 1987 series, and making a cameo as "80's Michaelangelo" in the 2012 series episode "Wormquake!"), Jem (playing Riot), Batman: The Animated Series, Lego Batman 2: DC Superheroes and the Superman: Doomsday direct to video movie, to name a few credits. He's also been the voice of Jason Whitaker, since 1994, on the radio series Adventures in Odyssey.

He was one of the commercial announcers for Hub Network.
