- Voice actor: Don Messick (English), Takurō Kitagawa (Japanese)
When Dr Gates expressed concern about the new supercomputer they'd created, TORQ III, and how it could possibly be too powerful, Andrews assured him that it was all perfectly good in the name of the pursuit of knowledge. To underscore his point, he demonstrated the remote controlled filing cabinet TORQ had created, before realising it was getting late and they should probably turn in for the night. Unfortunately while they'd been talking, Megatron had reprogrammed TORQ III to be evil, and the computer locked them in Dr Gates's office. Andrews was confused by TORQ's actions, but helped Gates rebuild the visi-phone into a long distance communicator so they could call in the Autobots. They were later rescued from the office by Optimus Prime. Day of the Machines
