Hiroki Yasumoto (安元 洋貴 Yasumoto Hiroki, born March 16, 1977) is a Japanese voice actor & narrator. A slew of his anime credits includes of Agni in Black Butler, Germany in Hetalia, Yasutora "Chad" Sado in Bleach, War Machine in Iron Man: Rise of Technovore, Elfman Strauss in Fairy Tail, Agil/Andrew Gilbert Mills in Sword Art Online, Utu in The Tower of Druaga, Toga Yagari in Vampire Knight & the current voice of William F. Guile in the Street Fighter series of video games.

- Yasumoto has been often dubbed by American voice actors Patrick Seitz and Travis Willingham, but neither have them has voiced the same Transformers character yet.
