David Patrick Seitz (born March 17, 1978 in Riverside, California) is an American voice actor and voice director. He can be recognized in video games as the voice of Count Dracula in the Castlevania series, Bob in the Tekken series, Ragna the Bloodedge in BlazBlue and Scorpion in the Mortal Kombat franchise. Some of his anime credits include Franky in One Piece, Dio Brando in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Endeavor in My Hero Academia, Germany in Hetalia, Keith Goodman/Sky High in Tiger & Bunny, Kunzite in Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon Crystal, Laxus Dreryar in Fairy Tail, Isshin Kurosaki and the second voice of Kenpachi Zaraki (succeeding David Lodge) in Bleach, and Jiren in Dragon Ball Super.
As a voice director Seitz directed the English dubs for Monster, Pluto, Jojo's Bizarre Adventures, Aggretsuko and several Fire Emblem, WarioWare and Shin Megami Tensei games.
