Ant-droids are tiny, tiny mechanical ants that infest Cybertron; they are noted for invading picnics and luncheons on the planet's surface and for their large cyber-hives. It is unknown whether or not Inferno's beast mode has any relation to these creatures. They are notoriously easy to lead.
Ant-droids are not seen in any Transformers continuity.
