Primax 1104.10 Lambda is a universe in the Primax universal cluster.

Vector Prime explained that as the Ragnarok of Primax 703.02 Gamma threatened the mission of several temporally-displaced G.I. Joes, a force such as himself, the Alternity, or Heinrad displaced Ragnarok to Primax 1104.10 Lambda. Unfortunately, Bio Ranger Iga later liberated Raganrok from this reality, and Raganarok joined the Thirteen Great Demon Generals in gratitude. Ask Vector Prime

Primax 1104.10 Lambda is the universal stream designation of the cover of G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers II #3. Its specifications come from the publishing date of that issue.
