Ruination is a Decepticon from the Robots in Disguise series.

Ow, my thumb clipped into my shoulder!

Ruination is the combined form of the Commandos, the Decepticons' military squad. While the minds and bodies of all five Commandos come together to make him, Armorhide, Movor, Rollbar and Ro-Tor cede all control to their leader Mega-Octane to make Ruination a more coordinated, intelligent and deadly warrior, who's only interest is in fighting. Ruination is so fierce that even Megatron is wary around him. On an unrelated note, Ruination is powered by coffee beans.

Is awesome. Seriously.
Japanese ID number: C-011
  • Ruination
Ruination was a retooling and redeco of the molds originally used to make G1 Bruticus, which were also previously used to make Battle Gaia and Generation 2 Bruticus. The Hasbro release was also redecoed significantly from the Japanese version, and the individual components were sold seperately.
  • Ruination (Urban Camo)
The Ruination molds were later further redecoed in an urban camoflauge scheme, and Movor's nosecone was retooled to be rounder instead of pointed. Sold as a giftset only.

  • Ruination (Desert Camo)
The Urban Camo version of the Ruination molds were further redecoed in desert camoflauge colors. Sold as a giftset only.

Trivia

Swindle: Hey! We actually look right now. Anybody wanna buy our old bodies?
  • Robots In Diguise has been the only time that the original Combaticon molds have appeared onscreen using animation models that look very close to their toy bodies. In the original G1 television series, the animation models of the individual Combaticons, as well as Bruticus, were quite different from the actual toys.
