Animated cartoon continuity
From MediaWiki
The core of the Animated cartoon continuity is, naturally, the Transformers Animated cartoon series and its print adaptations. It is associated with the "Malgus" Universal stream.
With few exceptions, the supplemental fiction associated with Transformers Animated presents itself as being in-continuity with the cartoon. However, that doesn't necessarily mean that all of the various story lines are in-continuity with each other. When contradictions happen, we can only assume they represent divergent continuities.
- Bumblebee wanted to be in the Cybertron Elite Guard so much that he redecorated himself in Elite Guard markings in order to look the part.
- Jetstorm and Jetfire's origin, which is contradicted by the comic that was included with their toys.
- The Arrival and Titan's Transformers Animated are both comic series that depict additional events that happened during and in-between episodes of the cartoon.
- The AllSpark Almanac and The AllSpark Almanac II are almanacs chronicling a vast array of information about the Animated cartoon continuity.
- Various other story, profile, and activity books.
Continuation
Timelines
This section covers fiction that is ongoing. It will be added to as the story progresses. If it isn't current, you can help by updating it.
- The theme for BotCon 2011 was "season 3.5" of Transformers Animated. It featured the "Stunti-Con-Job" box set of toys and accompanying comic.
Japanese continuity
- As usual in Transformer cartoons, the Japanese and American versions of Transformers Animated have certain differences, such as different names for characters and dialog differences.
