Gara Takashima

Gara Takashima (高島 雅羅 Takashima Gara, born March 2, 1954) is a Japanese voice actress. She can be recognized in anime as Eva Kaden in Case Closed, Nina Heaven in Crying Freeman, Julia in Cowboy Bebop, Amalia Trohovski in Jormungand, Sayaka in Fist of the North Star and Hild in Ah! My Goddess.

In terms of Japanese dubbing, she can be heard as Princess Leia Organa in the Star Wars series, Catwoman in Batman: The Animated Series, Lt. Uhrua in Star Trek: The Animated Series as well as Deanna Troi in The Next Generation, Pilo in Dinosaur, Jane Jetson in Jestons: The Movie and Eris in Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas.

She is married to fellow voice actor Banjō Ginga.
