Patty is an Autobot-allied human from the Victory portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Patty Minakaze, the elder sister of Jan Minakaze, is a human girl orphaned after a spacecraft carrying her family (except for Jan, of course) was destroyed by the Dinoforce. She was adopted by Victory Leo.

She also has a ridiculous outfit.
