Predacon Command Outpost One
'Predacon Command Outpost One is a space station where the Tripredacus Council hold meetings.
It was hit by the transwarp wave front caused by the Planet Buster's destruction, causing a power shortage but also allowing the Predacons to know of the Beast Wars and their temporal location. From the Outpost, the Council control their satellites, and Covert Agent Ravage and the Predacon's experimental Transwarp Cruiser were present at Outpost One at the time. The Agenda (Part 1)
As the Council almost immediately went into session after the satellite was hit, they may be permanently based there (or at least commute there to work). It appears to be some distance from Cybertronian orbit, as the transwarp front took a few minutes after hitting Outpost One to reach the planet - long enough for the Predacons to divert it.
It is unknown what happened to Outpost One when Megatron conquered Cybertron; as his main weapon was a planet-wide transformation lock virus, it's quite likely everyone on Outpost One survived and were quite surprised to wake up & find Cybertron was now full of green stuff.
