While he's capable of keeping it under control most of the time, when pushed, he becomes death on wings for any <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Decepticon" title="Decepticon">Decepticons</a> he sees. His favorite hobby is hunting down enemy fliers with his incredible speed and aerial maneuverability.

One of the final releases in the normal retail <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Robots_in_Disguise_%28toyline%29" title="Robots in Disguise (toyline)">Robots in Disguise</a> series, Storm Jet is a <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Redeco" title="Redeco">redeco</a> of the <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Beast_Machines_%28toyline%29" title="Beast Machines (toyline)">Beast Machines</a> <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Vehicon_%28BM%29" title="Vehicon (BM)">Vehicon</a> <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Jetstorm_%28BM%29" title="Jetstorm (BM)">Jetstorm</a>

mold, transforming into a Cybertronic jet fighter. His jet-mode cockpit has a spring-loaded extension, giving him a bird-like head in this form that is articulated at the neck to "search" for targets. Both jet and robot modes feature spring-loaded "energy blast" missiles. He also has an alternate robot mode, which folds his legs into a "flight cone" with revealed jet thrusters. His color scheme bears a resemblance to <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Jetfire_%28G1%29" title="Jetfire (G1)">Jetfire</a>.

This mold was also used to make the Beast Machines <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Sonic_Attack_Jet" title="Sonic Attack Jet">Sonic Attack Jet</a>, Robots in Disguise <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Jhiaxus" title="Jhiaxus">Jhiaxus</a>, and <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Universe_%282003_toyline%29" title="Universe (2003 toyline)">Universe</a> <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Skywarp_%28G1%29" title="Skywarp (G1)">Skywarp</a>.
