Loco was created when Megazarak used the Robo-Smasher to implant shell programs into the members of Team Bullet Train. Together with Astrotrain and Steamhammer, he formed Dominus Trannis. He was originally known as Cowcatcher, until whatever fragments of Midnight Express that survived the Robo-Smasher drove him insane. Then, he was plagued by constant train station announcements that only he could hear. Bummer. Ask Vector Prime
