Naoki Tatsuta
Naoki Tatsuta (龍田 直樹 Tatsuta Naoki, born September 8, 1950) is a veteran Japanese voice actor. He is employed by Aoni Production and is best known as the voice of Oolong and several other characters in the Dragon Ball series. As well with other roles such as Koma in Beezlebub, Tonjit in One Piece, Yanaoka in Fighting Spirt, Buta Gorilla in Kiteretsu Daihyakka, Daima Jin in High School! Kimengumi, Poncho in Powerpuff Girls Z, the Catbus in My Neighbor Totoro, and that very creepy dentist in Sailor Moon.
In terms of American dubbing, he is the current voice of Porky Pig in all Looney Tunes media, Dagget Doofus Beaver in The Angry Beavers, Rabbit in Winnie the Pooh, Mr. Ping in Kung Fu Panda, Sir Handel in Thomas & Friends, the Joker in The Batman, Alpha 5 in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie and well, Scrappy-Doo in the Scooby-Doo series.
