The punctilious Chaos is a member of the Renegade Dread Launchers. He converts from robot to a Grumman X-29 experimental aircraft and launching truck.

The Dread Launchers were sent to infiltrate the Guardian Academy and capture Zeemon. They were thwarted by their fellow cadets, the Secret Riders, who were somehow able to deduce that Re-Volt, Chaos, and Traitor were up to no good.
Given his alt mode, Chaos was a natural pick to send to the Grumman workers of Long Island to gather signatures for Cy-Kill's fake bid for President.
He, along with Crasher and Fitor, returned from a mission to find Cy-Kill imprisoned on Rogue Star by Creepy and Bladez. They defeated the Monster GoBots and freed their leader. Renegade Rhetoric
