Yū Shimaka (島香 裕 Shimaka Yū, born May 6, 1949) is a Japanese voice actor. Some of his native roles include Toma Maunta from Baki the Grappler, Ryoga Senba from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, Gill Harn from Fist of the North Star, Butajiri & Genbu the Stone Turtle from Yu Yu Hakusho and Kakukaku from Sgt. Frog.

He is used frequently for the dubbing of Western animation for the Japanese market and in addition to being the current voice of Disney's Goofy, he has been Fat Cat on Chip n' Dale's Rescue Rangers, Sgt. Slaughter on G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Doctor Octopus on both Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends and Spider-Man the Animated Series, Heimlich on A Bug's Life, Granny Goodness on the DC Animated Universe, Lo Pei on Jackie Chan Adventures, Director Walter Skinner on The X-Files and... Biff Tannen from the Fuji TV dub of the Back to the Future trilogy!

He is sometimes credited as Yutaka Shimaka.
