TransTech
The Convoy was gathered in Axiom Nexus by its Optimus Prime. A multiversal cataclysm in a universe seeded with Rarified Energon and an invasion by natives from the negative polarity universe had called them into action. Since Matrix bearers and their kin were usually never allowed into Axiom Nexus, this was a grave threat indeed! Invasion Prologue
As part of their mission, "Beast Prime" and "Hero Prime" sought out Primax 209.0 Gamma Depth Charge to ask him to hunt down the Origin Matrix. Invasion: Epilogue He traveled to prehistoric Primax -408.24 Epsilon Shattered Expectations and successfully accomplished this task. Shattered Destiny Falling into Place
The public appearance of two extradimensional Optimus Primes on TransTech Cybertron caused an outcry, but TransTech Optimus Prime explained that Negative Polarity Ultra Magnus's multiversal villainy and the Alternity defeating the Hytherion necessitated an active response. After some tension, the TransTech Decepticons accepted the Convoy's existence, reasoning that Convoy members were restricted to Axiom Nexus and Cloud World and were thus not around to lead any Offworlders.
Commander Megatron tried to match the Convoy by forming his own Megatronus Squad, but this idea was shot down by the High Senate, Speaker of the Senate Ratbat giving the reminder that Megatrons throughout the multiverse were far too immoral to be trusted. Upon asking Cheetor, Andromeda was given a list of the current 12 members of the Convoy Andromeda - Axiom Nexus News Reporter although Andromeda left out one more "classified" entry in her report. The Editor also noted that "Hero" Prime was from Primax 895.0 Gamma, not Primax 095.0 Gamma and that the Convoy had thirteen members. Axiom Nexus News Editor Later in an interview with Rook, Cheetor corrected the home designation of Primal Prime from Primax 509.28 Epsilon to Primax 700.0 Beta. Andromeda was a good reporter, but she made mistakes when she was starstruck by Cheetor. Rook - Axiom Nexus News: Investigative Journalist
Starscream called a meeting of the Convoy in the aftermath of the Waruder invasion. As General Optimus Prime had already dealt with the invasion proper, the Convoy were tasked with damage control, and ensuring that everything return to normalcy. Among their tasks was returning order to the offworlder maximum security prison, and quelling the fervor of some emboldened Insecticons. Cybertron's Most Wanted
In the months to come, Axiom Nexus lost contact with the multiverse and the offworlder zones descended into violence and chaos as the inhabitants realized they might never go home. The Convoy had to be sent to quell unrest. Rook - Axiom Nexus News: Investigative Journalist
Notes

- Possibly barring TransTech Senator Optimus Prime, each member of the Convoy is a specific toy: Generation 2 Hero Optimus Prime, Universe 2003 Sam's Club-exclusive Optimus Prime, Universe 2003 Sentinel Maximus, Cybertron Jungle Planet Optimus Prime, Universe 2008 Leo Prime, Alternity Convoy Super Black, Beast Machines Primal Prime, and Timelines BotCon 2015 General Optimus Prime.
- The list of Convoy members provided on 21 May 2015 on the Facebook blogs Andromeda - Axiom Nexus News Reporter and Axiom Nexus News Editor lists 13 members, some classified, but not the TransTechs' own Senator Optimus Prime. Maybe he isn't on the list because as the assembler of the group, he functions as a coordinator rather than as a technical dimension-hopping member. If he is one of the "classified" members, though, then that is strange as Senator Prime is already publicly known to have assembled the Convoy.
