Jinx is a human from the G.I. Joe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
A ninja with high heels?

Jinx used to be just a normal girl with a knack for martial arts. Then one day, she took a vacation in Japan and suddenly learned that she was descended from a clan of ninjas. Funny how that happens.

She is now a member G.I. Joe's Ninja Force. Her secondary military skill is Finance Clerk.

Jinx and the rest of the Ninja Force infiltrated the Cobra-controlled city of Milleville to get a couple of other Joes out of there alive. Travelling the rooftops, Goin' South she and the others fought some Night Creepers before making it into the sewers just in time to save their colleagues from a batch of B.A.T.S. They fled the city following the pipelines to the woods nearby. Sucker Punch

Jinx participated in an operation to catch the Dreadnoks, who were dealing in Cybertronian technology in Boston. When two of the culprits tried to escape in a truck, she hung onto the vehicle, distracting the driver while Spirit kicked him in the face. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers II #1

Jinx was part of a strike team that stormed Springfield, a Cobra base disguised as a quaint little town. There, she helped rescue Gung Ho, who had been overpowered by the twins Tomax and Xamot. On her next mission, Jinx was deployed to the planet Cybertron, its inhabitants having proved themselves to be hostile towards the human race. I Saw Three Ships
