Ehh, can't say I agree. It's still an appearance of "Powered Convoy", and we give full writeups for all of the other clones, among more insignificant Dreamwave cameos. Saix (talk) 14:18, 20 November 2015 (EST)

Well, I suppose I never liked giving one-panel Dreamwave easter eggs articles or treating them like they were characters at all, so that informs my feelings about declaring this to be a character who didn't exist until ten years after this egg. - Chris McFeely (talk) 15:07, 20 November 2015 (EST)
