Throttle (スロットル Surottoru), along with his teammates Axle and Screw in the City Stealth Team, assist the Autobots in searching the galaxy for deposits of raw energon ore. The trio combines to form the robot Windcharger.

A redeco of Energon Sureshock, Throttle transforms into a four-wheeled ATV of undetermined model. He forms the torso and arms of the combined robot Windcharger. The figure was exclusively available at Toys"R"Us Japan stores for purchase of Superlink toys of 2000 Yen and more, limited to 4000 pieces countrywide.

The same mold is used by Mudbath.
