During the second Cybertronian war of Aurex 404.11 Kappa, Vector Prime led the Autobots against many threats, including the Second-Born Intellects known as the Destructons.
In Primax 209.0 Gamma, many Second-Born Intellects serving in the Confederated Terran Colonial Fleet chose to identify as neither male nor female, but rather somewhere in between. Vector Prime noted that as the technology which birthed said Intellects was of Cybertronian origin, his audience might perhaps classify them as transgender Cybertronians. Ask Vector Prime
