Daiakuron is an entity from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Daiakuron is a living, transforming world created by the Makers of the universe, who bestowed upon it the power to create life of its own. It is the creator of Cybertron and its soul, Primus, and by extension, the Transformers.

Fiction

Transformers vs. G.I. Joe

This section covers fiction that is ongoing. It will be added to as the story progresses. If it isn't current, you can help by updating it.

Eons ago, Daiakuron devoured a ripened star and used its energy to create a number of other living worlds, including Cybertron and Unicron. In modern day, a group of Autobots traveled into the depths of Cybertron and met the Keeper, who told them the tale of Daiakuron and showed them ancient statues depicting its creation at the hands of the Makers and subsequent spawning of Cybertron. When Cover Girl expressed amazement at the Transformers' origin story, Brawn pondered the possibility of Daiakuron having created Earth and humanity as well. Earth: R.I.P. Under Megatron's dominion, Cybertron itself grew "horns" similar to Daiakuron's. Form Follows Function

Notes

  • "Daiakuron" is the Japanese pronounciation of Diaclone, the Japanese toyline from which the toys that would become the first Transformers were taken; appropriate, since it's the in-universe origin of the Transformers. It may also be deliberate that the name shares a "-ron" suffix with Cybertron and Unicron.
