The Gargent refugees in Uprising have not been identified by name. Many GoBots names have been used in other realities which are not, to our knowledge, the original GoBots characters: Crasher (SG), Cop-Tur (G1), Cy-Kill (TransTech), etc. If the currently ongoing GoBots Fun Pub stories confirm Vamp and Creepy are Renegades, then its official. Exactly. It's an implication only -- it's not confirmed yet. When it's confirmed, then you can say it's official. Yeah, I'm on the side of "don't treat anything that hasn't been explicitly or very clearly implicitly confirmed as true", here. It's fine with the GoBot part as a trivia note.
