On his way home after a long assignment, Bomber Bill's truck was stolen by the Constructicons. Longing to return to his wife and two children, he teamed up with Huffer and the Autobots to retrieve his truck. He ended up sacrificing his truck in order to stop Soundwave and Devastator from contacting Cybertron.

He failed and the Decepticons managed to reach Cybertron, anyway. Plus he managed to make Huffer even more depressed than usual. Way to go, Bomber Bill.
