Cobra Eel
- Cobra Eels are humans from the G.I. Joe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

No environment can be beyond Cobra's scaly reach. As such, Cobra Eels are units specially trained for underwater demolition. They come standard with sophisticated electronic detection gear and ample supplies of plastic explosives.

When Tunnel Rat, Airtight, Rock 'n Roll and Roadblock attempted to infiltrate the Cobra-controlled town of Milleville through the sewers, they ran afoul of a squad of Cobra Eels. The Eels barely managed to get a report on the intruders out to Cobra Commander before the lot of them were gunned down. More Eels were sent down to deal with the situation, but they didn't fare much better against the Joes, despite being backed-up by Cobra B.A.T.s. Sucker Punch
