Ginzō Matsuo (松尾 銀三 Matsuo Ginzō, December 26, 1951August 25, 2001) was a Japanese voice actor who was born as Kouichi Matsuo (松尾廣一 Matsuo Koichi). He was best known for the roles of Hemu-Hemu from Nintama Rantarō, Masaru Kaneda from Jigoku Sensei Nube, Ginnosuke Nohara from Crayon Shin-chan, Kagome's Grandfather from Inuyasha, Alexander T. Oyajiide from Ojamajo Doremi, Taizo Kotobuki from Super GALS!, Captain Smoker from One Piece, Biff from s-CRY-ed and the hapless Farmer with Shotgun from the first episode of Dragon Ball Z.

On the dubbing front, he had voiced Hector in The Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries, The Grinch from both Grinch specials and Diesel 10 from Thomas and the Magic Railroad.

Matsuo passed away due to acute subarachnoid hemorrhage on August 25, 2001.
