Toys
Generation 1

- The Sparkabots were sold carded at the $3 price point. Like other such toys, they are small in size, simple to transform, and feature very limited articulation. Each toy features a friction-motor that causes "cold" sparks to shoot from the rear section of their alternate modes as well as propelling the toy forward on smooth surfaces.
- This set of molds was used to make the Japanese Autobot Sparkdash members.
Generation 2

- Sparkabots (1994)
- Four Sparkabots, including two Decepticon characters that were branded as Firecons originally, were released in Generation 2, and only in Europe. Sizzle is a redeco of his original toy; Blaze is a renamed Fizzle. Although both toys feature new individual card artwork, they did not receive proper Tech Specs or bios—only a motto. Later UK comics would fill in the missing character information.
Notes
- In the comics by Marvel UK and their German translations by Condor Verlag in Transformers Comic-Magazin (as well as Condor's all new text stories), the Sparkabots are consistently referred to as "Sparkler Minibots". This name also appears on early model sheets that were offered on eBay in 2016.[1] Since the same batch of model sheets also features the name "Jawbreaker" for Overbite, another Marvel UK/Condor naming anomaly, it would appear that Marvel UK writer Simon Furman might have simply been provided with these model sheets (or similar reference materials) with the non-final names on them, and Condor simply used whatever names Marvel UK was using.
