Hammer is a Decepticon Mini-Con from the Robots in Disguise portion of the Aligned continuity family.

The scout is living in the big leagues now? Aah! That does it! All reports are in! Life is now officially unfair!

Hammer isn't the brightest Cyclone Mini-Con around, akin to an excitable, if evil, puppy. But set him and his partner Anvil on a target, and you'll have quite the attack dogs on your hands.

When there are no more dragons to slay, how will you make a living, knight?

Hammer and Anvil were part of the group of Decepticons led by Scorponok and Glowstrike. They were teamed with Bisk and sent to the Rumbledome to obtain a sound board during the Rear Axle concert. When Russell accidentally knocked over some cymbals, Bisk sent the pair to investigate what had made the noise, and they naturally returned carrying cymbals, after which Hammer received a zap when he touched the cables which Bisk was disconnecting. In response to more noise, the two Mini-Con started shooting up the place, and an irritated Bisk ordered them to guard the door. They accompanied Bisk as he went to secure the sound board being used for the concert, however their tussle with Bumblebee was brief, as he smashed their heads together and threw them into a lighting rig, which zapped them unconscious. Hammer can be temporarily unlocked by scanning his toys, or permanently unlocked by spending in-game currency. As a Mini-Con, he can accompany the player as an computer-controlled ally, and can transform to alternate mode for a special attack.

Hammer transforms from a small dragony-bird-like robot into a sphere in a single step. As a Cyclone-style Mini-Con, he can attach to and launch from Deployers Overload and Crazybolt, and also works with Fracture, though he is not designed to. He comes with a number of clear plastic accessories attached to a Decepticon-insignia-shaped sprue, which can be attached using the corresponding tabs and slots on his body.

Packaged with redecoes of Anvil, Scorch Strike Undertone, and Weaponizer Slipstream, Hammer is a redeco of his single-packed toy in his red and blue show colors. He includes a redeco of the same clear plastic accessories. The Robots in Disguise mobile game labels this figure as "Stealth Hammer", though this descriptor is nowhere to be found on the 4-Pack's packaging.

Another redeco of Hammer in red and white is included with the Mini-Con Deployer Crazybolt figure. He again retains the same armor sprue as his original figure.
