The Street Speed Team were sent to Velocitron as advance scouts for the Autobots. The planet's mass of winding high-speed tracks really appealed to them, to the point where they started having a hard time tearing themselves from the road to get their missions underway.

  • Street Speed Mini-Con Team (Basic, 2002)
    • Japanese ID number: MM-06
    • Japanese release date: 12-27-2002
In the Hasbro line, the Street Speed team were released in the third assortment of Mini-Con teams. In Japan, it was part of the massive first wave of Legend of the Microns product, released in December 2002. Aside from packaging, there are no noteworthy differences between the two releases. Their Team gimmick involves pin-axle wheels that allow for speedy rolling on smooth surfaces.
The Armada release was also made available in a clamshelled two-pack at various retail outlets. So far, all samples of packs with the Street Speed Team known have come with the Adventure Mini-Con Team as their pack-in partners.
These molds were also used for the Super Stunt Team, Courier Mini-Con Team, and Highway Domination Mini-Con Team.

  • Silverbolt & Street Speed Micron (Multi-pack, May 15 2003)
    • Japanese ID number: MS-05
In Japan, the Street Speed Team was available both on an individual card and in a multi-pack with "Silverbolt" (the Japanese version of Super-Con Blurr) and his partner "Turbo" (aka Incinerator), released concurrently with the individually-boxed Silverbolt as part of the third wave of Legend of the Microns product. All the toys in the set are identical to their individual releases.

Overdrive Sieg (aka Spiral)
  • Auto Overdrive Edition (Mini-Con, 2003)
  • Nitro Overdrive Edition (Mini-Con, 2003)
  • Sieg Overdrive Edition (Mini-Con, 2003)
Individual members of the "Overdrive Edition" redeco of the Team were given away at the 17-day Japanese "World Hobby Fair" in January/February. In April, they were also available as random giveaways at Ito Yokaido stores with the purchase of any Micron Legend product.

  • Street Speed Mini-Con Team (Basic, 2003)
A redeco of the Team was planned to be released as part of a “refresh” version of the Street Speed Team in Armada, as part of the late-series "Unicron Battles" subline imprint. The coloration of the Team was a “one-off” of the Takara Overdrive Edition versions, with each toy’s main color shifted over to another one, and the inner robot bits in a light tan rather than white.

Cybertron

  • Street Speed Mini-Con Team (Basic-class, 2004/2005)
    • Japanese ID number: GC-08
    • Japanese release date: 12-28-2004
The Street Speed Team was retooled for the Cybertron toyline, keeping more or less the same car models, but adding extra Cybertronic detailing. Each Mini-Con's main body was also cast in metal-flake plastic for extra shininess. The Team was part of the fourth wave of Cybertron Scout-class toys, where in Japan, they were part of the very first (large) wave of Galaxy Force.

Notes

  • For reasons unknown, the Takara versions of the Armada/Micron Densetsu Street Speed and Adventure Mini-Con teams have entirely different package art from the Hasbro releases.
