Jeffrey Combs (born September 9, 1954) is an American film and voice actor. A horror movie icon, Combs is well known as Herbert West in the Re-Animator trilogy. He's also been in such horror films as From Beyond, Necronomicon and Castle Freak. Combs is also known for playing a variety of characters on three Star Trek TV series - Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and Enterprise, most notably recurring DS9 villain Weyoun. With his feet in both the horror and science-fiction worlds, as well as outside the two popular genres, Combs enjoys a diverse and varied fanbase.
Among many voice acting roles, he has voiced the Scarecrow in The New Batman Adventures, the Question in Justice League Unlimited, the Rat King in Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Leader in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and that really creepy janitor guy, Gyrus Krinkle in Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go.
