Philip L. Clarke

Philip Lewis Clarke (September 8, 1938 - April 24, 2013) , sometimes credited as Phillip Clarke, was an American screen actor and voice actor. Clarke primarily played incidental and supporting characters over the course of his career and was often used in this capacity by Disney, his voice being heard in films like The Little Mermaid, Aladdin and The Hunchback of Notre Dame. He had a few major roles though, including Doctor Go in Challenge of the GoBots and Prince Lightstar in the short-lived animated series Skeleton Warriors.
Clarke passed away on April 24, 2013.
