Toshiyuki Takahashi (高橋 利幸; Takahashi Toshiyuki) (b. May 23, 1959) is a Japanese voice actor, singer, video game expert, and former executive for software company Hudson Soft. He earned the nickname "Meijin Takahashi" for his incredible video game-playing skills, such that at his prime he could hit the "fire" button as fast as 16 times per second.
