"Cross-eyed lion" is what I would have gone with, since "Whiskers" wasn't made his official identifier (it never got beyond "pet-name stage") and they kinda stopped calling him that after a while (Blades even acknowledged that the lion didn't accept that as his name). "Cross-eyed lion" however was what he was and what the zoo officially labeled him as. --Sabrblade 09:07, 22 April 2012 (EDT)

I have no objections to moving the article to "Cross-eyed lion". I figured they didn't have an in-universe "official" name for the lion so as not to confuse people. --abates 18:43, 22 April 2012 (EDT)
