What is it with giant robots and basketball?

Turbo is a heroic Guardian who transforms into a Gobotic car. He is a longtime friend and comrade of Leader-1, especially in the Guardians' operations on Earth against the Renegades.

In Gargent 087.0 Kappa, Turbo was the first Guardian to encounter the Spy Changers. Mistakenly presuming them to be Renegades, Turbo attacked the strangers, and he was soon joined by Ace, Hans-Cuff, Wrong Way, Royal-T, Good Knight, Bolt, and Heat Seeker. The Guardians ended up being driven off by the real Renegades, but not before the Guardians captured Silverstreak. Ask Vector Prime, 30/9/2015

In another Gargent reality, Turbo was a close friend of Guardian leader Leader-1 and also had a rivalry with the Renegade Crasher. When the Renegades attacked Earth with Go-Vines, Turbo managed to turn Cy-Kill's own weapon against him by clogging Cy-Kill's Thruster with Go-Vines. Renegade Rhetoric, 17/10/2015

During the Alienapolis Five Million, Turbo, Street Heat, and Sparky raced against Crasher, Spoiler, and Stallion. Even after being disqualified for cheating, Crasher refused to yield to Turbo, but Turbo won the race anyway. In another incident, Cy-Kill deliberately allowed himself to be captured and placed in a Guardian prison. When he broke out, his forces severely injured Turbo, prompting Leader-1 and the Guardians to choose to tend to Turbo's medical needs over pursuing the escaping Renegades. During the SciFi Con in New York City, Matt Hunter, Raizor, and Turbo were present as they were fans of the alien invasion film Bastille Day. Turbo was dressed as a lead character from The Matrix. The Renegades were also present at the convention to kidnap Doctor Faraji, inventor of the Dynamic Asymmetrical Wavefront Nullifier, ultimately taking both Faraji and Turbo prisoner aboard the Rogue Star. When a Guardian attack disrupted the Rogue Star's power systems, Turbo and Faraji were able to escape, destroy the DAWN, and escape aboard a Space Hawk. Renegade Rhetoric, 21/10/2015
