Acroyear is one of many genetically engineered super-warriors. Acroyear is able to summon a powerful sword from subspace, as well as activate turbine-powered wings.

In some universes, Acroyear is actually a prince in ancient armor.

Unit:E comic

Acroyear is woken from cryogenic sleep by Biotron and Synergy. Acroyear is searching for allies against Baron Karza, which Synergy believes she has found on the planet Earth. He scoffs at many of the potential candidates, but Synergy insists on their abilities, noting that if he does his work right, the mysterious Unit:E will find him. While he still believes these heroes to be too frail, Acroyear remembers his father's words and dons his armor, saying they "have heroes to gather!" Unit:E

The Acroyear shown in the Unit:E comic resembles the Marvel comics incarnation of the character, being alien royalty clad in armor.
