Robin Lindley is a human girl from Northern California and a Spacehiker. She is the sister of Jed and carries around an adorable teddy bear named Daisy.

When Sammy, Jed, and Allan went to an empty train yard to play Space Wars, Jed was forced to take Robin along to babysit. Sammy didn't appreciate this set-up, as Robin wasn't interested in the others' games, and wanted to go home to play with Daisy. As an argument broke over the matter, the sight of a police car driving by briefly forced the group into hiding. As they sneaked off, Jed spotted a motorcycle with no rider. The other kids thought he was playing a joke on them when he told them about it, and followed him to call his fib. During their walk, Robin complained that Daisy was tired.
As they poked about, Sammy discovered Blaster, who had been mode locked and deposited in a drainage pipe. The tape deck spoke, which freaked out Sammy and sent him running back to the other children. Robin calmly went over to grab the "pretty" radio and presented it to the other children, allowing Blaster to display his speaking abilities to all of them.
At that time, a nearby battle between Bruticus and Defensor came within view, scaring the children witless; Robin could only repeat that she wanted to go home upon beholding the brawl. Blaster managed to convince Allan to remove his mode lock, against the wishes of the others. Upon his doing so, the four children suddenly found themselves staring up at another giant robot, and Robin begged "Mr. Blaster" not to hurt Daisy. Blaster assured the five that they had nothing to worry about. Robin's concern for her bear quickly shifted towards concern for Blaster himself when the Autobot tackled over a collapsing electrical tower, preventing it from falling onto the humans.
After assuring the humans that he was unharmed, Blaster witnessed Bruticus defeat Defensor from afar. To fool Bruticus into believing that he was no longer loyal to the Autobots, Blaster and the children put on a show where Blaster "shot" Sammy. Robin played her part by asking aloud how they would tell their parents about the incident. The distraction allowed Blaster to put Bruticus out of commission, and he received permission from the Protectobots to escort the children to safety.
The children, seeing Blast Off inert, convinced Blaster to accompany them into space by mode locking Blast Off and using him as their vehicle. Robin and Daisy briefly enjoyed zero gravity before another spaceship, the Ark, came upon their vessel and aimed to blast it out of orbit. Child's Play
Blaster, realizing the danger he was putting the children in, was about to surrender to Grimlock, but Sammy selflessly tossed Blaster out of the space shuttle, away from the Autobots. The kids were taken into Wheeljack's custody and outfitted with spacesuits (with Robin insisting that Daisy get one too). The children were brought before Grimlock, who deemed them guilty of helping the traitorous Blaster and sentenced them to death. In reality, this was a ruse to draw out Blaster, who would be compelled to save the children. Just as they were sent drifting into space, they were suddenly swallowed by Sky Lynx, who was saving them on Wheeljack's behalf. Sky Lynx attempted to escape the pursuing Dinobots, but it took Blaster giving himself up to ensure the children's safety. Spacehikers!
The Spacehikers were allowed to be transported by Sky Lynx back to Earth, but when they received a broadcast advertising the Cosmic Carnival, the kids begged to go. Sky Lynx obliged. There, they were delighted by the spectacles, but Berko, working for Big Top, demanded payment for the group. When their supplies of various currencies came up short, Sky Lynx and the children were forced to become part of the circus, working towards some undefined debt.
Optimus Prime and his band of Autobots were attracted to the Cosmic Carnival by yet another advertisement, this time featuring Sky Lynx. The Autobots rescued the children by appealing to Berko's desire to return to Earth. Despite some interference from Big Top and his circus gang, the children and Sky Lynx were able to escape in the Steelhaven. The Cosmic Carnival
Sky Lynx returned the children to California but he didn't stick around due to a hostile crowd gathering. Monstercon from Mars!
