The Devil Thunder amplifier is a Decepticon building at the South Pole, made to amplify Devil Z's Devil Thunder to kill all of humanity in one fell swoop.

Devil Z, in BlackZarak's body, was finished showcasing the power of Devil Thunder by itself in Europe when he began to depart the Matterhorn for Antarctica. He was forcibly stopped from flying off by God Ginrai, who demanded to know what he was doing. Devil Z humored the Godmaster by explaining his final trump card, the Devil Thunder amplifier.

He never got to use it, as God Ginrai defeated the Decepticon soon after. A Battle... and Then...
