My name is C. V. Reynolds. I'm the author of an original novel series. It's the "Universe Eleven Series". You can get my novels in ebook and print format from Amazon or my website: http://cvreynolds.net/

I've been a Transformers fan as long as I can remember. I love Transformers from all lines and times. I don't care for the 1 step and 3 step things, though.

I'm also a big fan of anime, video games, and picking my nose. Recently I've been watching American stuff like Steven Universe, The Amazing World of Gumball, and Gravity Falls.

My current favorite Transformers show is Animated and my least favorite is Energon. Not a huge surprise, I guess.

I have more than 500 Transformers toys at the time of this writing. I don't know whether that is considered a lot.

I dream of someday writing something for Transformers, but I won't get my hopes up on that one.

Hard to pick a favorite Transformers toy, but as far as characters go, I've always been fond of Optimus Prime (G1), Megatron (G1), Megatron (BW), Soundwave (G1), Tarantulas (BW), and Dinobot (BW). I love EVERY character in Transformers Animated. My current most favorite characters are probably Sari Sumdac and Shockwave (Animated).

TF Opinions:

I am pro female Transformers and think there should be more of them. I disagree with the idea of them being controversial. It's not that I don't understand the "Transformers aren't supposed to have sexes" thing, but they obviously DO have mental gender, and they are overwhelmingly male with male voices using the pronouns "he", "him", and "his".

The above paragraph was, of course, speaking of Transformers fiction and I understand the concept of To sell toys (which could bring up another barrel of sexism, but I won't get into that now).

I am almost always anti-humanization, though I approve of the Transformers having diverse and colorful personalities (IE: What they didn't get in Energon) and realize that most of them are humanoid (and that I even like it that way).

I like having humans in the fiction as long as they're not too annoying. I especially like Sari Sumdac, although... Well, you know. I desire interactions between Transformers and humans that result in one species learning about/misunderstanding the other.

I'm not fond of the live-action movies, though the 2007 one is okay.
