Sovereign is an ancient Titan Master partnered with Alpha Trion. Probably the most powerful of all Titan Masters, his spark is infused with the energy of Primus, the creator of the Universe itself. Infinite power is not a gift all are capable of handling, nor one to share with just anyone and Sovereign only shares Primus's might with those he deems to be worthy.

The Power of the Titan Masters

As Alpha Trion's head, Sovereign accompanied his partner and Clobber to the planet Eukaris, where they discovered an ancient artifact linked to the Titans and Titan Masters. They were attacked by a contingent of Decepticons intent on ambushing the Autobots and stealing the artifact for themselves, but Apeface managed to blow their cover and give the Autobots time to fight back.
