Ginny McSwain

Ginny McSwain is a veteran voice director and occasionally voice actor. She was first employed at Hanna Barbera in the mid-70s and became casting director on The Smurfs. Since then she has voice directed a multitude of animated shows and video games, including My Little Pony 'n Friends, The Batman, The Mask, Earthworm Jim, Sonic the Hedgehog, Darkwing Duck, W.I.T.C.H. and the Mass Effect and Dragon Age game series.

She also occasionally acts, and was most notably Megan on My Little Pony and Lois Lane on the late-80s Ruby-Spears Superman cartoon. After a stint on G.I. Joe: Renegades, she became voice director for Transformers: Rescue Bots.

• Surprising no one, she of course inspired the name and likeness of the Doctor McSwain character in Rescue Bots as well as providing the voice.
