This story fills the readers in on the details of the previously mentioned Scouring of Nebulos, the proverbial last straw for humanity and their tolerance of the Autobot / Decepticon war.
Nucleon absently mentions Fracas got remanded to Artfire's custody and extradited to "somewhere". Given Fracas is a Targetmaster, what Nucleon doesn't know is that he fell victim to the Targetmaster Extirpation.
