Dai Atlas, leader of the Circle of Light, sought out the map indicating the location of Cyberutopia, to the point where his name in Old Cybertronian was "Dei Atlas", meaning "God Map".

After the Matrix of Leadership split into half after purging Vector Sigma of the D-Void, a map was found in one half. Drift believed this to be the fabled map to Cyberutopia, and Rodimus pushed to use the map to find the Knights of Cybertron so they could bring about a new age on Cybertron. Chief Justice Tyrest claimed to have built a portal that would take him to Cyberutopia.
