Jack-Knife was part of the Decepticon Justice Division-led assault against Team Rodimus on Necroworld, during which Tailgate dispatched him. Cyclonus later learned Jack-Knife's name from the Necrobot's extensive records on Cybertronians and showed Tailgate Jack-Knife's corpse to illustrate the sheer effect of Tailgate's recently-acquired Outlier powers.
