The Functionist Universe
In an alternate timeline, Six-of-Twelve took the Matrix from Nominus Prime after he and the rest of the Cybertronian Senate were executed by the Functionist Council for what they saw as the blasphemous use of Nova Prime's spark stockpile. Six-of-Twelve held the Matrix for the next five million years and eventually came to believe that Primus spoke to him through it. When "Primus" told him that war was coming to Cybertron, he began heretically using sparks himself, taking pre-existing sparks and transplanting them into more militarized bodies to fortify the planet. A World Misplaced
During a meeting of the Council at The Cog, Six-of-Twelve reported that he had consulted with their theoconomists over the next mass recall from the Grand Cybertronian Taxonomy, that of the data slugs. A strict reading suggested that they still had functional value, but their ability to store large amounts of data threatened the Council's ability to rule and so One-of-Twelve ordered their obsolescence chips to be detonated. The Custom-Made Now
At some point, Six-of-Twelve had his head rebuilt to resemble the Matrix. On the "Day of Revelation", he addressed the citizens of Cybertron in a broadcast that was shown all across the planet. During the broadcast, he addressed the "lies" being spread by the Anti-Vocationist League that there was a single Cybertronian who was born without a function to society. He then showed the camera this so-called "Useless One" and promised that at midday that day, he would show them all what the Useless One was for. Anomie When the time finally came, Six-of-Twelve stepped out and addressed his audience by saying that Primus has rewarded their patience by revealing to them Rung's alt mode: a giant drill capable of penetrating the ununtrium wall that the Senate built around Vector Sigma millennia ago. Six-of-Twelve assured the crowd that Primus specifically made Rung for this exact purpose and promised that they would finally reconsecrate the Primal chamber. A World Misplaced
