Astrotrain Transport Company

The Astrotrain Transport Company is a company from the Legends portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Astrotrain Transport Company (アストロトレイン運送者 Asutorotorein Unsō-sha) owned by Astrotrain delivers goods around the world through the use of Astrotrain-derived transtectors that can transport cargo along both land and air routes. Behind the scenes, however, the company only exists to attract Headmasters for Astrotrain to enslave.

Astrotrain established the Astrotrain Transport Company in the Legends Universe as the first step of his plan to create an Astroforce army and conquer the world. Having allied with transtector designer Tarantulas, Astrotrain coerced him into building an army of bodies capable of capturing Headmasters that combined with them, then attracted numerous employees by advertising the fact that anyone who joined up would receive a free transtector. Before long, he ended the honest company facade, captured all the Headmasters and forced them to become his soldiers, though in the end they escaped his grasp and both the Astroforce and Astrotrain Transport Company were no more.
