Legends World

The Legends World (レジェンズ世界 Rejenzu Sekai) is a "dream world" created via the telepathy of the Zamojin and monitored by Windblade. It's inhabited mainly by small, cute versions of Maximals and Predacons who live the lives of average humans and don't think of themselves as Transformers: rather, the Transformers series exist here as mere fiction and toys. Beings from the Legends World can cause their wishes to come true through mere thought, but their wishes also generate a kind of "spirit energy" that serves to empower the Zamojin. This wish-granting ability, combined with the inherent "Beast Power" present within all Legends natives, often manifests as a "Transformers sickness" that turns hardcore Transformers fans into actual Transformers.
In different contexts, the Legends World is also known as the Legends Universe (レジェンズユニバース Rejenzu Yunibāsu),<ref>Only used in "LG12 Windblade".</ref> universal stream Iocus 514.31 Gamma,<ref>Ask Vector Prime</ref> the Legendsverse,<ref>"The Beast Wars Road Map"</ref> and LG Spacetime (LG時空 Eru Jī Jikū).<ref>"LG-EX Deadlock"</ref>

Fiction
[edit]Legends comic
[edit]The Zamojin conceived the Legends World as an experiment, seeking a world to populate with copies of beast Transformers from their own universe in order to study their inherent Beast Power. LG41 Leo Prime As kickstarting an alternate universe required tremendous amounts of energy, they hired Space Pirates to gather proton energy LG61 Decepticon Clones and convinced Topspin and Twin Twist to lend them the Zodiac. As the two Jumpstarters had already befriended Whirl and Roadbuster, two Autobots who would be created in the Legends World in its future, they had no choice but to agree in order to avoid a time paradox. They used the Zodiac, proton energy, and Zamojin telepathy to create the world, then handed it over to the Zamojin and promised not to interfere with their use of it. LG66 Targetmaster Topspin The Zamojin went on to assign Windblade to monitor their experiment. LG12 Windblade Through means unknown, knowledge of the Transformers' battles throughout the multiverse seeped into the subconscious minds of people in the Legends World, inspiring them to create the Transformers franchise, unaware that the characters and stories were real. LG-EX Convobat

Sky-Byte made the best of his situation LG06 Sky-Byte while Jetfire eventually used a solitarium portal to return to his universe with Roadbuster and Whirl in tow. LG07 Jetfire
At some point, it was decided that the experiment was to end, and the Zamojin decided to destroy the universe as its connection to their telepathic powers was deemed too dangerous. LG66 Targetmaster Topspin On their orders, Windblade set out to destroy the universe with a storm. Using the universe's property of granting wishes, Rattrap summoned Metroplex, who defeated Windblade and caused a program reset in the smaller robot. With Windblade's amnesia regarding her mission, the Legends World continued to exist unabated. LG12 Windblade
Black Convoy also found his way into the Legends World, where he encountered Gelshark and convinced him to return to their home universe to break Gigatron out of prison. LG-EX Black Convoy
Megatron learned of a secret entrance to the Legends World Resurrection! Lord Megatron! constructed by the Zamojin in case of emergencies. He went through, expecting to forcibly sap the world of its energy, only to be met with an adoring fanbase. Lord Megatron Goes to the Legends World
Armada Megatron and Starscream also found their way into the Legends World, spending their time feeding Megatron's Mini-Con obsession. LG-EX Armada Megatron To prevent an alliance of the two Megatrons from conquering the Legends World, Alpha Trion (undercover as a simple janitor) summoned the Ultra Magnus of his home universe to foil the two Megatrons. LG14 Ultra Magnus
Slipstream later made her way to the Legends World courtesy of transdimensional gyro-rotors purchased from Swindle. She hoped to be able to do whatever she wanted in this universe, only to be foiled by the universe's Autobot visitors and Transformers sickness-afflicted natives, who had been tipped off by Alpha Trion. LG16 Slipstream
In order to foil G1 Megatron's Halloween "trick or energy" scheme, Alpha Trion opened a portal to his home universe to summon Chromia for assistance. LG17 Blackarachnia
Empowered by the spirit energy generated by Armada Megatron's greed, the Zamojin took back control of Windblade and attempted to destroy the Legends World once more. In order to prevent Starscream from killing himself and Windblade, Alpha Trion used his Ultra-Drill once more to summon Alexis from Starscream's home universe to calm Starscream down. Starscream and Alexis then departed for their home universe, and Megatron followed suit. LG18 Armada Starscream Super Mode
When Springer resolved to improve his figure, Whirl and Roadbuster told him of their homeplace of the Legends World and that he could get a new body there. Springer contacted Alpha Trion there, who created a portal for them to pass over. There, Springer got a new, sleek body from Rhinox, and he immediately got a cadre of admirers. LG19 Springer Prologue This drove Tigatron to jealously, and he stole Alpha Trion's ultra-drill to bring in women from across the multiverse to adore the tiger. They all ultimately turned their attentions to Springer. Eventually, Springer came across the Legends World's Arcee, who he confused as his Arcee. After being corrected, Springer asked her out, but was turned down. In shame, Springer fled back to his home dimension. LG19 Springer
The Deadlock of Cloud World arrived in the Legends World with a kidnapped SARA. After the Zamojin tried to control SARA, dimensional investigator Skids advised Deadlock to open a dimension gate back home to neutralize the threat. LG-EX Deadlock Subsequently, Skids tried to evict all non-native Transformers from the Legends World and summoned the Skids Squadron to assist. However, Skids backed down after the locals convinced him that their society was peaceful among all factions. LG20 Skids
The original Rattrap and Waspinator traveled to the Legends World to search for the soul of Rhinox. LG-EX Rattrap While there, Waspinator took over the Tera-Kura Co., but his plot was disrupted by Starscream, who tried to use Waspinator's body to take over Metroplex, LG-EX Waspinator only to be foiled by Rhinox himself. After receiving a new physical body from his Legends counterpart, Rhinox returned home with Rattrap and Waspinator. LG-EX Rhinox
Following the loss of their main bodies, the Autobot and Decepticon Headmasters traveled to the Legends World, teaming up with the Axalon Trading Company and the Tera-Kura Co., respectively. LG24 Shockwave & Cancer Prologue

LG35 Super Ginrai Brainstorm then traveled there to join his Headmaster comrades. LG39 Brainstorm

LGEX Headmaster Set Chapter The Zamojin Katsu Don traveled to the universe to destroy it personally, but was foiled by Leo Prime and forced to retreat. LG41 Leo Prime Weirdwolf later transported Full-Tilt to the Legends world. LG-43 Trypticon Project Chapter

Ask Vector Prime
[edit]Vector Prime was wary of visiting the Legends World, as he was afraid that interacting with a fictional iteration of himself might cause a time paradox. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/05/13 He (having worked with the Transcendent Technomorphs' universal stream system) saw it as an Iocus Cluster universe that was "in on the joke", as it were: even its own inhabitants didn't seem to take their reality seriously. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/08/17
TransTech
[edit]At some point before the Shrouding cut off the Transcendent Technomorphs completely from the rest of the multiverse, TransTech Rhinox contacted his counterpart in the "Legendsverse" to share information about the Beast Wars and its impact on the multiverse. The Beast Wars Road Map
Notes
[edit]- The Legends World's universal stream designation, given in Ask Vector Prime, is taken from the release date of Chapter 1 of the Transformers Legends webcomic.
