Frenzy is a Decepticon from the Movie continuity family.

Frenzy is small, sneaky and likes to keep up on current events. He's a hyper-articulated sentient evil alien shape-changing robot from outer space that turns into a radio, but he doesn't shrink (because that would be unrealistic). He's quite a good contorsionist

He's a creepy little abomination, with an irritating habit of reading over people's shoulders.

Ghosts of Yesterday novel

Frenzy is the smallest member of the Nemesis' crew. He likes to sneak-attack from behind Autobots while they're concentrating on his larger teammates. He doesn't fare well in this particular battle but is presumably repaired at some future point.
