IDW Generation 1 continuity
After contact had been made with the long-lost Cybertronian colonies, and the Council of Worlds formed, many of the colonists emigrated to Cybertron. Carcer's inhabitants, however mostly stayed aboard their ship, on orders from their captain, Elita One, while parts were obtained to fix their ship. One such supplier of parts to Carcer was a Decepticon who was more than a little fond of drinking. When two Carcerians, Greenlight and Lancer tried to enjoy a quiet drink together at Maccadam's, the Decepticon tried hitting on them, but, being more than a little inebriated, couldn't form a sentence coherent enough for the couple to understand, and Lancer derisively referred to him as "Drunkatron". After Ironhide took him outside to cool off, their disagreement caught the notice of two passing Badgeless, and Drunkatron attacked one of the officers, shouting "Swindle Lives!". The two Badgeless then overpowered Drunkatron and threatened to use mnemosurgery on him to find out what he knew about Swindle. He took off into a nearby alley, followed by one of the Badgeless, where the sound of a gun discharging was heard. The other officer punched Ironhide and ran into the alley where two more gunshots were heard. As soon as Ironhide could make it to the alley, he found the two officers, guns smoking, standing over Drunkatron's dead body. 07:00:00
