Quintessa is a Transformer from The Last Knight portion of the live-action film series continuity family.

Quintessa is a mysterious and powerful space sorceress. The self-described "Prime of Life", she created the Knights of Iacon, Optimus Prime, and the Infernocons and considers Cybertron to be hers to command.

Quintessa is a loosely based after the Quintessons, while she's named after apparently, the home planet of the same name. Though she is physically based off of Quintus Prime.
Quintessa has the honor of becoming the first female antagonist in the live-action movies.
